Seeking health care and social service providers to participate in survey

Our collaborative is seeking health care and social services professionals in Snohomish County who work with women who are pregnant or who are up to one year postpartum to participate in an online survey.

You’ll be helping to document the resources available to women experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

Your responses are confidential and will analyzed collectively with responses from others.

This survey is conducted as part a Perinatal Mental Health Community Capacity Building Grant project with funding the Department of Children Youth and Families (DCYF) and Perinatal Support Washington.
